Growing up in a remote mountain town of British Columbia, Canada, I have had many encounters with bears. We are taught young how to deal with these situations, and I have never had a negative experience. Lots of people comment about bears, asking if I am scared. Truthfully, the answer is no, because bears dont really want trouble. They just wanna walk around and eat berries. If you dont bother them, they wont bother you. Today I am setting out to find a bear and help show you guys that they aren't so bad.
I am not saying you shouldnt be cautious of bears, because you absolutely should, but dont let it keep you from enjoying nature.
