Quit your tedious job to succeed | Issam Salih | TEDxUPM
Most people don’t have enough money because they stick to a job that doesn’t make them enough money but the fear of losing the ‘easy little’ they earn keeps them trapped in a numbing routine that obstructs them from leading a happy life and a successful career. The only way out is CHANGE. Issam Salih is a young expatriate working in Malaysia as a Director for a multinational corporate training and consulting firm that has footprints in thirteen different cities in South East Asia, the Middle East and Europe. Before that he worked as the Chief Operating Officer for a leading airline GSA in one of the world’s most corrupt regions where he learned how to navigate his way through major ethical and legal challenges.
Issam took courses in Business, Air Freight and Fine Arts. Fascinated by Behavioral Science, he has been a passionate learner of Psychology and its applications in modern life which widened his perspective and gave him that extra edge.
Throughout his career, Issam has helped two companies crush competitors and expand in a short period of time by adopting a rather aggressive and agile approach in conducting business. He “walked the talk” and as a result, he’s a successful man at a young age with a lot to offer. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
