This car is a beast. Simple. Take a classic Benz that already got remarkable power to large weight ratio lol, sprinkle it with the right colour combination and shoe horn in a monstrous 5600 cubic capacity block from its power hurtling bigger brother and you have a roller coaster on wheels! I remember when I ran the advert and I wrote that she sounded and went like a volcano! Believe me this thing would turn heads even when you couldn't see it! Turn the key and the engine would simply dip the car left and right on command and lurch the thing forward cementing that wide smile that any pilot of this ride would already have on their face.

It truly was an honor to have had the chance to appraise this machine and be part of its following as its build was well documented as it was owned by one of the editors of Practical Classics magazine. Its a car that deserve an eccentric enough owner who could step inside with his tweed blazer and shell suit bottoms, matching the split personality of the vehicle.

Wherever this car is right now, I'm sure its owners chuffed to bits and the neighbors have invested in some proper ear muffs!
