My own little take on making gauge swatches for your crochet.

Because you know I’m all about that gauge,
‘Bout that gauge, 10 doubles
I’m all ‘bout that gauge, ‘bout that gauge, 10 doubles

Yeah , It’ pretty clear, I ain’t lie to you,
But I can stitch it, stitch it, like I’m supposed to do,
‘Cause I got that loop loop that all the hooks chase
And all the right pulls in all the right places

I see the magazine showin’ a pretty top
We know I have the time, come on I will not stop,
If you want beauty, beauty, just stitch it up
Cause every inch will turn out perfect from the bottom to the top

Yeah, my mama she told me “don’t worry about your size”
She says, “you’re taking the time now to make sure it turns out right “
You know I won’t rush right into it making it super small,
Because if I don’t check gauge, then I might as well not stitch at all.

Because you know I’m all about that gauge,

Now get your rulers out
Go ahead and pin it down and make it flat
Now count those stitches and you will know that
I’m here to tell you, Every inch will turn out perfect from the bottom to the top
