How to Embroider Straight Stitches on yarn

Part 1 of the Fiducia clutch, a guest blog post on the Underground Crafter. First I review the types of stitches performed in the entire piece. I start the first stitch at the 2 minute mark.

I will explain and show how to make a running stitch, back stitch, long straight stitches, and split stitch. These can be used in any arrangement to make any of the stems of the flowers in this design.
