Easily Repping Body Weight on Overhead Press 🤙
Here's a pretty comfy set of 5 with 170 on the overhead press off pins. My best ever 5 here is with 175lbs so this is pretty much right there, and I'd like to work it up to 180 for a small PR in the near future if I think that's in the cards.
I haven't done much standing pressing from the front lately, it's mostly been AD presses and BTN press variants so if I start doing these a bit more consistently again I should be able to see a nice spurt of progress...hopefully!
