How to cook kabsa rice for TESDA ASSESSMENT by Liman

This is not the authentic kabsa rice because the ingredients are not locally available and during the assessment some ingredients also are not available. We made this video to share our knowledge to help first timer specially those who will work in Middle East.

At the assessment center the assessor will give you 1 hour to cook the dish that you've chosen.
So actually you will not chose it they have this (bunotan) so you have to be prepared, familiarize all the ingredients and how to cook each dish.
By the way at the assessment center the rice is already cooked.
The choices are:
1. Kabsa Rice
2. Chicken Roulade with Bechamel Sauce and Potato Mousseline (click the link for the recipe)

5. Tuna Canafe

10. Almond Jelly with Lychee

You will have to cook all the dish that latter you will serve on table setting. (American table setting)

Appetizer: Club Sandwich
Then: Vegetable Soup
Main Course/Dish: Chicken Roulade with Bechamel Sauce and Potato Moussiline
Dessert: Almond Jelly with Lychee
