Building a Windows 10 Plex Server (PC)

I've been wanting to start my own Plex server for quite some time, but it seemed a bit confusing on what to use. Some people use a NAS device, some use a Raspberry Pi, old laptop, etc.

I love building computers, so I figured my best option would be to just build a Windows machine to run Plex.

I've now had the server set up for a couple months, and haven't had a single issue. Its averaging about 2-3 streams at a time and it doesn't even phase it.
