Buying a "Renewed" Macbook from Amazon! What To Expect!

I was in the market for a Macbook, but didn't want to pay the astronomical prices of a new one. Lucked out in finding the exact model I was looking for on Amazon, but was a little sketched out on buying a "renewed" product that cost so much money. I didn't have high expectations at all on it being as advertised!
