Part 2;

This Is the popular Longbridge Rally, held once a year, (weather and covid permitting!!), at Cofton Park, near the former factory.

Sadly since the sudden demise of the company,, 80% of the former factory has now been redeveloped for retail, commerce, and housing!!

The Rally has become increasingly popular, with the various former stakeholders,with employees, customers. and enthusiasts visiting to see fellow colleagues, cars. and fellow enthusiasts!

International visitor's also attend with cars. from France, Holland, and Germany
This shows a compilation of material from the show, some of the Cars showcased, and a view of some of the makes and models manufactured at the factory, on Cofton Park , or by BMC/BL at other plants, along with showing some of the mass annual visitors and comradeship!!

Cars from BMC, BL and Austin Rover, Morris, Triumph, Austin and retrospective models & Vintage, with some of the latest MG Cars seen.
(An MG 4 was parked on the fringes!)

Ammendment; The 'Innocenti Regent' as shown, and recently purchased by the local Vicar was made under license in Italy with an arrangement from 1974
An Italian Catholic owned the model shown before being purchased and brought back for thr show!

Over 1000 cars were expected!
Please be aware that some Cars (due to partial dampness on the park) were not parked/displayed together in the usual respective sections, therefore some models may have been seen on previous filming, and depends on location a ease of access amongst an inquisitive public eager to view cars!
