Steamed smooth and silky tofu, easily done in 10 mins, delicious n healthy food. Dont always need to deep fry.

Recipe
1 box tofu
1 red chillie
50g presoaked dried shrimps
1 tbsp garlic oil
1-2 tbsp light soy sauce
Green onions for garnish
