In this video, I'm going to show you How To Make Perfect Ratatouille. Ratatouille is my go to side dish. One good way to eat more fresh vegetables.

💠 1 small onion
💠 1 Tbsp olive oil
💠 1 heaped tsp minced garlic
💠 1 tsp garlic and black pepper seasoning 
💠 1 can of crushed tomatoes 
💠 1 Tbsp tomato paste
💠 fresh rosemary 
💠 Fresh thyme
💠 Salt to taste

💠 1 zucchini
💠 1 Chinese eggplant 
💠 2 yellow squash
💠 3 red onion
💠 3-4 roma tomatoes

💠 3 Tbsp olive oil
💠 1 tsp dried thyme
💠 1 tsp dried rosemary 
💠 1 tsp dried basil
