Easy Frosted Sugar Cookies

These homemade frosted sugar cookies with cream cheese frosting are to die for and better than the store-bought. They are soft and have the best creamy cream cheese frosting with hints of almond plus sprinkles.

Ingredients:

2 ¼ c all-purpose flour 
½ tsp cornstarch 
1 tsp baking powder 
¼ tsp salt
2 sticks butter 
1 cup sugar
I large egg
¾ tsp vanilla extract 
½ tsp butter flavoring
¼ tsp almond extract 

Cream cheese frosting:

8 oz cream cheese
½ cup unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 - 4 cups confectioner's sugar
