New Solari Hero Cecilia! Gear Forge | Ultimate Weapon Last Fortress Underground

Like the title says we finally have a new solari hero.

Downside you can not get her with selectable hero cards, she can only be purchased

First purchase is 19.99 and after that 49.99

The first purchase unlocks her first 2 skills which are super helpful in the gear forge

Those skills allow you to now produce ultimate weapon upgrade chips in the gear forge and increase the production capacity by 10.
When she ascends to orange, epic, you will unlock the ability to produce breakthrough chips
At master level red she will increase production rate up to 50%
Legendary gives you a buff of increasing HP of all heroes

She can only be bought, she is not currently included in any selectable hero cards but keep an eye out because this could change.
The best way to purchase other solari heroes is via the lucky hero purchase and I have an entire video on that you can see here:

Gear and level does not matter with her as you dont get additional perks for upgraded her stats, only her skills increase the production time, unlike other heroes work places.
