Full Body Workout with Two Kettlebells

In this video Vadim Kolganov Master of sports in Sambo and Judo and experienced Strength and Conditioning coach demonstrates full body workout with 2 kettlebells. This it strength endurance workout. At the beginning of this video he gives explanation of the exercises in this circuit. Then there is a short workout for you which you can fallow.
