MP Jess Phillips laughs at men's rights debate request

Online trolls have targeted Labour's Jess Phillips in the days since she giggled at the suggestion men’s issues should be debated in Parliament. The MP Birmingham Yardley passed on the worst abuse to West Midlands Police, including multiple rape threats. Ms Phillips, who has also spoken out about scrapping the so-called tampon-tax, admitted she was worried her two young sons, Harry, 10, and Danny, seven, would see the threats.
