EASY HOMEMADE CINNAMON ROLLS | Soft and Fluffy! | Pang-Negosyo

This is a very delicious homemade cinnamon rolls. It is very soft, fluffy, and oh..be careful - because it's addicting! This recipe is very easy to make plus it's topped with delicious cream cheese frosting.

INGREDIENTS
DOUGH
4 cups All-Purpose Flour or Bread Flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 1/2 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup unsalted butter room temperature
1 cup room temperature whole milk
1 large room-temperature beaten egg
1 tsp vanilla extract

FILLING
1/2 cup unsalted softened butter
1 cup light brown sugar
2 tbsp ground cinnamon

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
1/2 cup softened cream cheese
1 tbsp softened unsalted butter
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup whole milk
splash of vanilla extract
