Rex Moats, PhD - Co-Director, Translational Biomedical Imaging Laboratory (TBIL)
Dr. Moats is the co-director of the Translational Biomedical Imaging Laboratory. He uses a variety of molecular imaging methods to understand biomedical problems and accelerate the trajectory of scientific discovery from bench to bedside. These methods include optical imaging, computer aided tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), nuclear medicine-based techniques of positron emission tomography (PET) and single photon emission computer tomography (SPECT).
