What We're Looking For in a Candidate- Methodist Family Medicine Residency

Hear from Jim Schindler, MD, MPH, program director of our new Methodist Family Medicine Residency in East Tennessee. We are looking to innovate and be disruptors in the primary care space as we welcome the first eight residents in the newly accredited Methodist Family Medicine Residency.

Methodist Medical Center at Oak Ridge Family Medicine Residency will bring medical students to the Knoxville-Oak Ridge area to continue their medical training in becoming primary care doctors.

Methodist Medical Center is the sponsoring institution of the new Family Medicine Residency Program. The program will be introduced in conjunction with a new physician practice, Methodist Family Medicine Clinic, located in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The practice is located on the campus of Methodist Medical Center, a member hospital of Covenant Health, a Knoxville-based healthcare organization.
