Train With Me: 3 Rounds on the BOB (Boxing Workout)

In today’s video, you'll be training with me champ, 3 full rounds on the BOB dummy.
This session is all about getting up, moving your body and working together. You don’t need a paid course, you don’t need a gym because this training is completely free. All you have to do is show up.

We’ll go through 3 rounds, each focusing on rhythm, control and consistency. Take the breaks with me and let’s train like a real session together.

By the end, you’ll have completed a short boxing workout (which you can double it) and the only thing it costs you is your effort.
