Shadow boxing is one of the most important tools to sharpen your boxing skills and in this video, I will break shadowboxing down into three structured rounds, each with a clear purpose. Every round builds on the previous one, so your movement, combinations and defense improve together. Get up and train with me.

Round 2: adds defensive movements before and after your punches.
Round 3: brings everything together.
