25th February 1568 was the day of the 3rd Jauhar-Saka of Chittor. (The first two were because of Alauddin Khilji and Bahadur Shah of Gujarat). Dr. Omendra Ratnu performed a special puja for the punyatmas - 10,000 women performed Jauhar, and another 30,000 were slaughtered by the apostle of tolerance, Akbar. Dr. Rajat Mitra and Dr. Omendra Ratnu join Sanjay Dixit to discuss the significance of the event and its trans-generational impact on the Hindus
