Quick Recipe for Bacon Ricotta Mac and Cheese

Creamy mac and cheese with lots of bacon. 2 cups of cheddar mixed with 15 oz. of ricotta and 8 oz. of mascarpone cheese blended with cooked macaroni. Bake at 325° for 20-25 minutes in the oven, let cool and top with corn flakes before serving. Viognier wine was chosen for this rich dish.
