Maternity services: 'Still more to do' to improve, says Donna Ockenden

Donna Ockenden, the chair of an independent review into maternity services in Nottingham, says there have been some "positive changes" since her first report.

She says while "there have been some improvements in workforce and I do see a lot of good practice in units I visit across the country" but there is "very much still more to do".
