How do we get buy to let finance for an SPV (limited Company)

In property investing, finding (and obtaining) the right finance for your buy to lets is just as important as finding the right property. But what is it that the bank wants to see – especially if you’re using an SPV – and is getting finance for a limited company as hard as you think it will be?
