Then, you push through it, get it done, and feel a rush of relief.

Your brain picks up on two things—stress and success.

It assumes stress is the reason you got things done, so it decides to give you more of it.

Now, every time you have a task, your brain floods you with pressure, thinking it’s helping.

If you want to break the cycle, you have to show your brain a different way to win.
