Building Skype for Business Server 2019

The BETA for Skype for Business Server 2019 has been out for a while - in this video I do a quick run through of how to build one.

Assumption is two VMs:

Windows Server 2016 Domain Controller with a Certificate Authority Installed
Windows Server 2016 Member server for our SfB Server.
