Herzberg in his own words! One of my heros of motivation. This video is the amalgamation of existing clips into one video. The original documentary was aired by the BBC in 1973's "Jumping for the Jelly Beans".
His delivery is captivating, and summarises in turn the hygiene and motivator factors of his Two Factor Theory, and comes wittily to the question of money as a motivator at the end.
I do not own any copyright on this video, and would be happy to credit the owner of the original footage (most probably the BBC).
