A level and beyond: Business Studies, Economics or both?

Deciding whether to take Business, Economics or both at A levels can be a difficult choice, especially as it may influence your university options afterwards. In this video I hope to have answered the following questions, based on significant research of the situation as it is in 2015/16;

– What is the difference between Business Studies and Economics at A-level?

– How much do Business Studies and Economics overlap? (based on the AQA specifications 7131/2 and 7135/6)

– Will universities see this combination as too narrow? (based on direct contact with admissions tutors of the leading UK universities)

– What are the best universities for Business and Economics degrees? (based on experience and aggregated league tables)
