Fancy Toast for Dinner? Sourdough, Feta & Hot Honey Hit Different 🔥

Creamy feta, smoky roasted peppers, crispy sourdough and sweet-spicy hot honey come together in this easy gourmet toast recipe ✨

Ingredients:
• 150 gm feta cheese
• 3 tbsp cream cheese
• 2 garlic cloves
• 3–4 tsp olive oil
• Little black pepper
• 1 red bell pepper
• Sourdough bread slices
• Hot honey
• Chilli flakes
• Fresh basil leaves

Process:
Blend feta cheese, cream cheese, garlic, olive oil and black pepper until smooth and creamy. Roast the red bell pepper directly on flame until charred, then peel the skin and slice thinly. Toast sourdough bread with olive oil until golden and crisp. Spread the feta mixture on the toast, top with roasted peppers, drizzle hot honey and finish with chilli flakes and fresh basil.

This cheese spread can be stored in the fridge for 2–3 days and makes around 6 medium sourdough slices ✨
