Family VR Time: Keeping Busy During 2020 Stay-At-Home Lockdown

A few video samples of our family enjoying high-end room-scale Virtual Reality in our custom-built dedicated "VR arena". This is how we're keeping busy during this months-long COVID-19 Stay-At-Home Order. Our kids have even been meeting other kids in VR from around the world who are also stuck at home during this bizarre time in human history.
Our "build" is using a -very- powerful PC with an HTC Vive headset combined with Valve Index "finger-tracking" Controllers. The Vive headset was chosen for it's wireless adapter capabilities. This unique combination allows us to do totally wireless/tetherless VR in a massive 4mx4m square area (our 2-car garage) with wall-to-wall commercial gym padded tiled floor for comfort and safety.
Basically, it allows us to completely 'freak out' in ultra-realistic VR and run around battling robots and aliens with no wires, and no fear of bumping into anything or getting injured!
