The Workout: Keeping Active at Home During 2020 Stay-At-Home Lockdown

This is a compilation of our daily workouts while stuck at home during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
6 days a week we (the kids and I) do a Warmup and then 1-2 hours of Boxing/Martial Arts and Weight Lifting.
On the Off-Days we go running and hike the nature trails near our home.
Schedule:
Day 1: Heavy Chest
Day 2: Heavy Legs/Heavy Back
Day 3: Light Chest
Day 4: Light Legs/Light Back
Day 5: Shoulders/Light Chest
Day 6: Biceps/Triceps
Day 7: Running
