I love Spicy Chicken that is flavorful and a light spiciness. Today I made 3 different types of spicy chicken from 3 different countries to find out which one is best made sous vide. We got korean spicy chicken, Jamaican jerk chicken and General Tso's takeout style spicy chicken. Here is my take on them.

2 cups Butter Milk
5 tbsp Soy Sauce

- Korean Infuse oil
2 cloves Garlic ,6 tbsp Oil ,1 tbsp Black Pepper ,3 tbsp Gochucaru (Red Pepper)

- Korean Sauce

1 tsp Ginger Paste, Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Apple Cide Vinegar, Soy Sauce

- Korean Seasoned Flour
1 Cup All porpouse Flour
1/4 Cup Cornstarch
1 tbsp Baking Powder, Gochugaru (Red Spice)
Black Pepper, Sesame Seeds, Garlic Powder to taste

* JERK CHICKEN MARINADE *
1 Onion
3 Green Onions
4 Garlics Cloves
1 Jalapeno
1 tbsp Thyme,All Sice
1 tsp Dry Thyme, Cinamon, Cumin, Ginger Paste, Black Pepper
2 tsp Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Lime Juice
2 tbsp White Vinegar, Salt
4 tbsp Oil

* TSO'S MARINADE *
1/4 Cup Soy Souce
1/4 Cup Honey
2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
2 Garlic Cloves
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tbsp Chily Flakes, Tomato Paste

* TSO'S BATTER FOR CHICKEN *
1/2 Cup Cooking Wine, Flour
1/4 Corn Starch
1 Egg
