These 5 Google My business Secrets were discovered while analysing my own local competitors.
Start by identifying your competition
Starting out a year ago, every search, every citation....there they were MY COMPETITOR....always ahead....imagine having their traffic, if I'm finding them so is Joe public.

As you make more progress in google business rankings you will find you leave your previous competition behind. But guess what? The next competitor is stronger and even mightier.

But if you are consistent and use this method of looking adjusting and improving, then you should get to a point where the cream is enough to be shared.

So these are the 5 things I did to help me get ahead

Ask this about your competitors
So what are your competitors doing better than you?
Are there new techniques they are using that you must have in your re-design?
This is now the time to not hide your head in the sand, but to be brutally honest with yourself.
You can learn a lot from analysing competitor’s web sites. Now you have to do it even better than they are.
1. Reverse engineering (ubersuggest)
So what is reverse engineering? In business terms? It’s looking at your competitors online business and learning from them. Then doing it even better than they are. Ask yourself the following:
• What have they done well?
• What is bringing in the traffic?
• How have they been given such a boost in rankings?
• Who links to them?
• How fast is there site? I use https://gtmetrix.com/
• Ask yourself why is the Google My Business listing ahead of mine?
• Could the online business benefit from a stronger page rank or domain authority on the website?
• Are there backlinks giving it the credibility?
• Is there Google My Business listing showing something different to mine?
