Two Ulei Honey Mead Recipes (Ginger & Mango + A Traditional)

Today we're using Ulei Honey (which is a Hawaiian Honey) to make two mead recipes! Our first recipe is a traditional and the second recipe is a mango and ginger mead recipe. Both of these are absolutely awesome and I am attaching the recipes below. You can also get this honey from Shawn Harris (the owner of Wao Kele Honey).

Ulei Traditional Recipe:

2.5 lb of Ulei Blossom Honey
Water Up to 1 Gallon
Omega Sundew Ale Yeast
3 Grams of Fermaid O
- Stabilized -
1/2 lb of Ulei Honey
Kegged
|| To Bottle Carbonate ||
1/2 lb of Erythritol
26 grams of Priming Sugar

Mango & Ginger Mead Recipe:

5 lb of Ulei Honey
Water Up to 2 Gallons
Omega Sundew Ale Yeast
7 Grams of Fermaid O
- Stabilized -
3 lbs of Mango Chunks (Use Pectic Enzyme)
1/3 Cup of Ginger Juice
1 lb of Ulei Blossom Honey
