With this video we are going to start with one of the most important topic of Delegated Legislation and that is Control over Delegated Legislation. There are three types of Control - Legislative, Judicial and Procedural Control. In this video we will learn Legislative Control over Delegated Legislation and the topic is divided into two, Part I and Part II.
