Conditional Legislation | Meaning, Examples, Categories, Delegated vs Conditional with Cases

In this video lecture we will learn the meaning of Conditional Legislation with examples (Environment (Protection) Act 1986, Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act 1981 and Factories Act 1948). I will also cover 8 cases which will help you to understand the concept of Conditional Legislation. I have also covered the three categories of Conditional Legislation as well as difference between Conditional Legislation and Delegated Legislation.
