We’re going to do it in 2 parts

Part 1- set up your website for delivery

Step 1: Create an account on shiprocket

Shiprocket is the website which is going to help us deliver products from your website.

To create the account click here

And create your account on shiprocket

Once you have created the account.

Step 2: Connect shiprocket with your website

So to connect it

Click ‘connect your channel’ and select ‘woocommerce’

And enter your website URL in the store URL field.

To complete connecting, you need to enable the ‘REST API’ setting on your website.

Go to WordPress dashboard ►woocommerce ►settings

go to ‘advanced’ and click ‘legacy API’

Then enable the option and click save.

Go back to shiprocket and click ‘connect’

Then click approve

You need to fill up the details and enable ‘push order statuses’

Then click ‘save’

Shiprocket account will be connected to your website.

Now you can start to deliver the products.

Once the order is placed.

Go to shiprocket ►orders►process orders►sync button

You can view the orders.

Part- 2 Deliver the products

We’re going to do 4 steps

Step 1: recharge your shiprocket account

To pay for the courier charges you need to recharge your shiprocket account.

So to do that

Click ‘recharge’ and select the amount you want.

And then recharge your account.

Step 2: add your pickup address

This is the place where the courier person will come and collect the product.

So to add pickup address

In shiprocket, Go to settings and click ‘company’

Now click pickup address

and click ‘add pickup address’

Enter the address and click ‘save’

Once you have added the pickup address.

Step 3: Enter the product size and weight

So to add product size and weight

Go to orders ►process orders

So first pack your product and then measure the size

And enter it

And weigh the product and enter that also

Once you have added your product size and weight.

Step 4: Initiate the pickup of the product.

Click ‘Ship now’ ► Select the delivery services you want

And click ‘Ship’ ► click ‘Generate pickup now’

So now we have initiated the pickup.

Once you have initiated the pickup,

You need to prepare the package for delivery.

So to prepare it,

Open invoice ► Take printout ► Keep it inside the package and then seal it

Next, we need to Add delivery details

Open ‘Product label’ ► Take printout ► Paste it outside the box.

Now our package is ready for pickup.

And once the delivery man comes, give the package to him

Once the delivery man picks,

Shiprocket will send a message to the customer, along with the tracking link

Using which the customer will be able to track their order.

Next, let’s see how your customers can enter a Pin Code & check for delivery date.

We’re going to do 3 steps,

Step 1 - Install Shiprocket plugin

Go to WordPress Dashboard ► Plugins ► Click ‘Add New’

Search for plugin called ‘Shiprocket’

Click ‘Install’ ► Click ‘Activate’

Once you have installed the plugin,

Step 2 - Connecting the plugin with a shiprocket account.

Go to settings ► Enable 'Real Time rates’ and fill up your details,

And click ‘Save Changes’.

And your shiprocket account will be connected.

Once you have connected your shiprocker account

Step 3 - Add Product size and weight.

Go to ‘Edit products’ ► Enter products details ► Click ‘Update’.

Once you have done this,

Visitors will be able to enter their pin code and check the delivery date.

Okay,

So this is how you can deliver products to your customer.
