Real human connection is what makes life worth living. It enriches, provides social protection, and connects. Health science expert Ferry Zandvliet discovered this after surviving the terrorist attack at the Bataclan theater in Paris in 2015.

According to keynote speaker and author Ferry, we can all use more of that in our lives, especially in a time when we often bury ourselves with our heads in our smartphones, are more stressed than ever, and hybrid work has become an integral part of our lives. Ferry is concerned that we are slowly losing our connection with each other due to remote work and smartphones. He believes that true happiness and connection come from human interactions and being yourself. Expressing your true self and being vulnerable is the key to connecting with the world and inviting others to do the same.
