S2Ep22-Sichuan Style Spicy Ma Po Tofu麻婆豆腐

RECIPE BELOW: This is a delicious tofu dish with a spicy flavor and floral scent. I love tofu! ENJOY!

Serves 4

Ingredients:
• I pkg-Med-firm tofu, cubed
• 4 oz ground pork
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• Small knob ginger, minced
• 2 green onions, minced
• 1 C chicken stock
• 1 Tbsp Shaoxing wine
• 1 Tsp Sesame oil

• Cornstarch slurry (1 Tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 Tbsp water ) as needed to desired thickness
• 1 Tbsp Hot chili bean paste
• 1/4 tsp Ground Sichuan peppercorn or to taste
• 1/2 tsp sugar or to taste
• Oil for cooking
