Here are a few exercises you can do before you start your workout to help activate and engage those glutes and legs,or amazing finisher at your next leg day‼️

2️⃣repeat 2-3 times
3️⃣rest between 30 seconds

Bands are great to incorporate into your glute/leg workout. They’re great to help train your stabiliser muscles as well as adding extra resistance resulting in higher muscle activation.
