Issues With The Keira Bell Detransition Case and The High Court Ruling

After going through gender transition, Keira Bell decided to detransition and then took the Tavistock and Portman clinic to court, claiming that she should have been challenged more concerning her desire to live as male and go through gender transition. As a consequence, the high court ruling declared that transgender people under 16 are likely not able to consent to puberty blockers, and will no longer be able to be prescribed them without applying for permission via a court application. This is having a devastating impact on young transgender people's lives. I have a number of issues with the Keira Bell detransition case and with the high court ruling, which I explain in this video.
