TASSEL Workshop Part 2: LD, PCA, Kinship, and GWAS
The University of Minnesota Plant Breeding Center hosts a workshop of the software package TASSEL (Trait Analysis by aSSociation, Evolution and Linkage) from the Buckler Lab at Cornell University. Overview of TASSEL functions including file format conversion, genotype imputation (Part 1) and LD, PCA, Kinship, and GWAS (Part 2).
