Speedpainting - "Agony" (REALTIME VERSION)

Still working on a tutorial, but I had to paint something.. :)

I got inspired by Gary Oldmans character in Hannibal to paint this, not that it looks like him but the scars and stuff in that face is "awesome". :)
AND it's all painted with a standard round softbrush. You don't need special brushes to paint this. :)

I'm using a Wacom Intuos4 in Photoshop.
This one took about 4 hours.
