Speedpainting - A Cool Old Lady

I was going to paint a cartoony/funny picture of a senile old lady who was winter dressed in the summer and out "walking" her dead dog.
But when I started detailing her face I liked it so much I decided to do more of a realistic portrait with caricature proportions instead.
And again, trying to get the skin-texture to look somewhat realistic. :)

I'm using a Wacom Intuos4 in Photoshop.
I spent about 3 hours and 20 min on this one.
