QUICK & EASY DINNER High Protein, Low Calorie Dinner #shortsfeed #shorts
High protein/low calorie quick and easy meal prep in one pan- goulash made healthier
1 lb 90% lean ground beef
.5 lb 93% lean ground turkey
1/2 box small shells
1 med onion
1 tbsp garlic
1 small ear fresh corn
1 can low sodium diced tomatoes
1 8 ounce can low sodium tomato sauce
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/3 cup beef broth
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon each: garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning
Salt & Pepper
1. Cook meat mixture, drain set aside
2. Chop onions and garlic, add to pot and brown
3. Add tomato sauce, paste and diced tomatoes, beef broth, soy sauce, all seasonings, bay leaves, corn, shells and cooked meat.
4. Bring to a boil
5. Let simmer, 15-20 min or until noodles are cooked. Salt/pepper as desired
Makes 5 servings
