200 Calorie Gooey Chickpea Blondies

Easy, one bowl, total prep time under 10 minutes. Total transparency- check out macros listed below- not excellent, however, if you are trying to lose weight and have a sweet tooth, the calories are fairly low and a better alternative to eating a highly processed treat. Like everything, these should be eaten in moderation and must fit in to your daily caloric allowance.

1 can drained and rinsed chickpeas
1/2 cup oat flour
1/4 sugar free maple syrup
1/4 cup monkfruit sweetener or sugar substitute
1 tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup LIGHT room temp butter
1 egg
1/2 cup NF Greek yogurt
2/3 cup dark chocolate chips
*optional drizzle on top- 1 heaping tbsp melted sugar free cool whip.

In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix. Pour into baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-27 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes.
