***DELICIOUS COCONUT CHICKEN RECIPE***
4 Chicken breast ,chopped
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 -1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
Canola oil or cooking oil for frying
CCOCONUT SAUCE:
1 can coconut milk (13.66 oz /403 ml)
1/4 cup sugar or honey
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1Tbsp lime juice
pinch of garlic powder & pepper
1/4 -1/2 tsp salt depending on your taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Coconut chips or unsweetened coconut flakes for garnish
