RECIPE
2 cups Brussels sprouts , cut in half
2 Cups sweet potatoes ,cubed
5-6 slices Turkey bacon
1 medium size chopped onion
1-2 cloves pressed garlic or chopped finely
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 cup chicken stock or broth
1.5 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar (substitute low sodium soy sauce)
salt & pepper to taste
