Philips HR2357/05 Avance Pasta Maker Review

Included with the unit is the user manual, the recipe book with recipes for spaghetti, lasagna, wontons and raviolis. A cup to measure flour and a cup to measure water. A flat cleaning tool. 4 shaping discs, one for lasagna, one for penne, one for spaghetti and one for linguine. These are 2 cleaning tools for the discs.
When you first get the unit, disassemble all the parts. Remove the lid. Turn the knobs to the left and remove the front panel. The shaping disc, the disc holder, mixing paddle and the mixing chamber. Wash and dry all the parts. These are dishwasher safe but your dishwasher temperature shouldn’t be over 140 degrees Fahrenheit or 60 degrees. After the parts are dry, assemble the unit. Push the mixing chamber into the appliance. Put the mixing paddle all the way in. The disc holder goes next. Put the shaping disc into the holder. Put the front panel on. Turn the knobs to the right. Put the lid on.
